This policy covers visits to this website, information you send through the project inquiry form or by email, and related business communications.

Project-specific data handling may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, data processing agreement, or confidentiality agreement when applicable.

The project inquiry form collects your name, email address and project description. Company and project direction are optional. Related email discussions may include other information you choose to provide.

We store form submissions as private inquiry records in a database, together with a reference ID, timestamps and email notification status. The website confirms receipt after saving the inquiry. An email notification containing the inquiry is then sent to our business contact mailbox; unsuccessful notifications can be retried. Records are not published on the website.

We record identifiable network IPs and unverified addresses claimed by a form request only for source checks by authorized staff. Unverified claims are labelled separately and do not prove tampering or intent. We retain this record permanently with the inquiry, including in private backups. It is excluded from notification emails. An unknown IP does not prevent a valid submission. The address may belong to a shared network or proxy and does not establish your identity or precise location.

If you share documents, screenshots, diagrams, datasets, system descriptions, or other business materials for evaluation, we may receive and review those materials for the requested discussion.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, approximate location, requested pages, timestamps, and request logs.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, provide services, and maintain business records.

We may use information to schedule discussions, assess technical fit, estimate scope, design solution options, operate the website, improve our communications, maintain security, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use website visits for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use customer project materials for public marketing, portfolio publication, or model training unless you authorize that use in writing.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and site performance. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies, local storage, or visitor fingerprinting to collect usage metrics.

Our site also generates page and interaction events such as navigation, language switching, and contact-link clicks. These events may be sent to Cloudflare Zaraz when that service is enabled. Email draft text and project descriptions are not included in these interaction events.

Hosting and security logs help us diagnose errors and protect the site. We do not use website analytics to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage for usage measurement. Hosting or security services may use cookies or similar technologies when needed to deliver or protect the site.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Browsers may also send a Do Not Track signal; our current site does not change its analytics behavior in response to that signal.

We do not currently operate an account-based SaaS product through this website, and this website is not designed to collect payment card data or account passwords.

We use third-party providers for hosting, DNS, content delivery, analytics, security, and business email. These currently include Cloudflare for web analytics; your email provider also processes messages you choose to send.

We use Resend to deliver inquiry notification emails to our business contact mailbox. Resend processes the contact details and project description included in those notifications. Our business email provider also processes the messages we receive.

These providers may process limited personal or technical information on our behalf or under their own policies, depending on the service and configuration.

Project-specific model providers, cloud services, or other tools are addressed in the relevant proposal or agreement when applicable. Information may be processed in locations where these providers operate.

Please do not send regulated, confidential, medical, financial, personal, credential, or sensitive production data through website forms or ordinary email unless we have a written agreement covering that exchange.

If you provide project materials for evaluation, we use them to understand requirements, prepare technical recommendations, estimate scope, and deliver agreed services.

For active projects, data access, storage location, retention, security controls, confidentiality, and deletion requirements should be defined in the applicable project agreement.

We keep inquiry and business communication records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage opportunities, perform services, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect rights, and meet legal obligations. We do not currently publish a fixed retention period for every record type.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no website, email system, network, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If information is no longer needed, we may delete, archive, anonymize, or retain it where required for legal, security, accounting, backup, or legitimate business reasons.

We may need to verify your identity and understand the request before responding. Some records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, contractual, or business reasons.
